If you have placed an order and need to update your shipping address, the process depends on whether your order has already been processed or shipped:
1. Before Shipping: If your order has not yet shipped, we can update your shipping address. Please provide us with your full name, email address used at checkout, and your order number to make the necessary changes.
2. After Shipping: If your order has already shipped or been fulfilled, we may not be able to update the address directly. In such cases, you can visit our Claim Portal to submit a claim, and we will process a replacement at no extra cost. If you have contacts at the old address, you may ask them to refuse the package or return it to us.
Once the address is updated, you will receive a confirmation email about the shipment to the new address.
